You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Member ID and Password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Member ID and Password. You agree to:

·         Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your Member ID or Password

·         Ensure that you properly logout from the website at the end of each session.

(b)  Rizoess.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Agreement. Rizoess.com is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, such as attacks, any interrupts, or malfunction.

(c)  Rizoess.com is entitled to send business information related to the services of Rizoess.com using the contact information you have provided (Including e-mail, phone, text etc.).

(d)  You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Rizoess.com.

(e)  You agree to use these Service only for the intended purpose as per the agreement.

(f)   Restocking Fees: Rizoess.com has the sole discretion of assessing a restocking fee on returns. Restocking fees are assessed at a rate of 25% of the product cost or $3.00, whichever is greater.

International Shipments: The Member will be responsible for return freight, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and any other costs related to returning the product(s) to Rizoess.com
