The Barbell Shield Training Plate is a great choice for high-volume training and features convenient color-coding for easy identification.  We designed these bumper plates with a chamfered stainless steel insert for easy loading on and off the barbell with minimal friction on the sleeves.  Each plate is 450MM in diameter.
